Northwoods Nature Fest brings together herbalists, growers, and land stewards to share practical skills in herbalism, food forests, regenerative stewardship, and Indigenous wisdom.
Through hands-on classes, plant walks, wild food experiences, and real-world knowledge, you’ll gain tools you can actually use—while connecting with others who are building a deeper relationship with the land.ach year, Northwoods Nature Fest grows and evolves alongside the land and the community that holds it.
After a year of significant weather changes across Northern Michigan, including flooding that impacted local spaces, we’ve shifted to a beautiful new setting in the Huron National Forest.

We have six rooms available, each designed to comfortably accommodate two guests. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early to ensure availability. No pets. No smoking.
